Notifications

Our System will inform you when your sample is received in the Lab, when it has been tested and when it has been validated. Keeping you informed of your customers orders throughout the journey of the samples.

sample collection

Please check the order of collection when taking samples, Always use a qualified Phlebotomist if taking a sample from a vein, please read all instructions before taking a sample using finger prick kits.

transporting samples

we recommend using Royal Mail. Tracked 24 or Special Delivery Services for posting samples. This offers tracked priority service

when to post

We recommend posting Monday - Thursday to avoid samples getting stuck in weekend post. Some weekend deliveries are possible at an additional cost please check with post office before posting

reporting options

We continually review and update our IT Services for receiving requests and reporting results electronically Currently you can recieve through encrypted email, upload from your portal or be linked to your management system.

Support

Any markers that are out of range will come with an explanation, further support can be given if needed, please contact us for more information

Request form

When creating an order you will need to enclose the request form. Always label your vials with the customers name and Date of birth we may not be able to test without this information

Postal Requirements

When sending bloods samples in the post there are a few requirements to send they safely,

The packaging shall consist of at least three components:
(a) A primary receptacle
(b) A secondary packaging
(c) An outer packaging”
